I retrieved a lot of bitter bamboo shoots on the Internet, and suddenly found that among a large number of recipes, it seems that bitter bamboo shoots and sauerkraut are the most paired. In one of the recipes, bitter bamboo shoots and sauerkraut are a perfect match. There was interest immediately, sauerkraut was readily available, just grab a piece from the jar. You can have a bitter bamboo shoot soup with sauerkraut. Are these two a bit too vegetarian? Would you like to get some meatballs and have a ball soup? I immediately rejected this idea. It seemed more troublesome to make meatballs, but the meat slices were relatively simple. I have a certain idea. I immediately went to the market and bought some meat slices. Don't have too much portion, just feel good.
I don't bother to think about the practice of bitter bamboo shoots with sauerkraut on the Internet. It completely refers to the production of sauerkraut soup on weekdays. Sauerkraut is relatively salty, so you can wash it with water several times to remove the salty taste. Put the pan in hot oil, saute the sauerkraut until fragrant, then add water and cook until it is almost soft. The bamboo shoots and the meat slices are easy to mature. Put boiling water in the pot and blanch them. When the meat slices turn white, they can be out of the pot.
Then I found that the combination of bitter bamboo shoots and sauerkraut is really good. Although the soup has a bit bitter taste, the bitterness of bitter bamboo shoots is far less obvious than when it is fried. . . . "
