Sauerkraut and Dried Shrimp Noodles

1. Prepare dried shrimps, capers, green peppers, an egg, and noodles.

2. Shred the green pepper and chop the capers.

3. Burn oil, add green pepper shreds and dried shrimps, add some salt and stir-fry.

4. Then add the capers and stir well.

5. Add some chicken bouillon and stir-fry until ready for use.

6. The eggs are cooked and shelled.

7. Boil water in a pot and add the noodles.

8. Add some salt to cook the noodles.

9. Put the cooked noodles into a bowl and drizzle with sesame oil.

10. Put the hard-boiled eggs. Top with the freshly fried capers and rice prawns and serve.

11. Mix well and eat.
