Sauerkraut and Spring Bamboo Shoots Pork Ribs Soup Noodles
1.
Pork ribs under cold water. After the water is boiled, remove and wash, add appropriate amount of water, a little sugar and salt, add cooking wine and pressure cooker for about 15 minutes after steaming, and boil it into ribs soup. (I cooked this the night before)
2.
Sauerkraut and fine powder are set aside.
3.
Shred the spring bamboo shoots and mince garlic.
4.
When the pan is hot, add oil, add garlic and saute, add spring bamboo shoots and stir-fry for a while, add salt and fry for a while.
5.
Add ribs soup. (If the soup is not enough, you can add more water.)
6.
Bring to a boil on high heat. After a few minutes, turn to medium-low heat and cook for about 10 minutes.
7.
Add dry powder and put sauerkraut on top.
8.
Boil until the powder is dry and cooked, seasoning appropriately in the middle, and finally put the green onions, add a little MSG to the pan.
