Sauerkraut and Taro Soup

Ingredients: taro, sauerkraut

Peel and wash the taro.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the sauerkraut on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Put the chopped taro into the pressure cooker.

Afterwards, add some clean water.

Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut sauerkraut and stir fry.

Then, add the cooked taro and boil.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of chicken essence.

Tips:
Sauerkraut has a salty taste, add salt as appropriate.
