Sauerkraut and Zizania Shrimp

1. Ingredients: sauerkraut (already cut), fresh shrimp (washed), water chestnut (peeled, washed and cut open), ginger slices

2. Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat up, add ginger slices to the pot

3. Then, add the cleaned shrimp and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine

4. Stir fry until the color changes and serve
