Sauerkraut and Zizania Shrimp

Ingredients: sauerkraut (already cut), fresh shrimp (washed), water chestnut (peeled, washed and cut open), ginger slices

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat up, add ginger slices to the pot

Then, add the cleaned shrimp and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine

Stir fry until the color changes and serve

Pour the oil in another pan and heat it up, add in the cut water chestnuts and stir fry

Next, combine the cut sauerkraut and add appropriate amount of water

Stir fry and stir fry until the rice white is dead

Then, add the fried shrimp and stir fry

Finally, add 0.5 tablespoon sugar

Add 0.5 tsp salt

Seasoning and stir-fry well, serve
Tips:
Sauerkraut has a salty taste, add salt as appropriate.
