Sauerkraut Beef Vermicelli Claypot
1.
Cut cooked beef into thin slices, sauerkraut into small strips, and chili into small circles
2.
Put a little vegetable oil in the wok, add chopped green onion and minced ginger and stir fry until it is fragrant
3.
Add sauerkraut and chili rings and stir fry for a fragrant
4.
Put 2 bowls of water (please add more water if you like to drink soup), boil it and cook for 2 minutes. Don’t cook it for a long time as the sauerkraut is too soft and tastes bad. Add vermicelli
5.
Put beef on it (I put the beef on it for the sake of taking pictures, so I don’t have to worry about eating it myself)
6.
After the vermicelli is boiled, add pepper and stir well. If you like a little sour, add some vinegar. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with coriander. Add the sesame oil. Do not add any salt. The sauerkraut is already salty enough.
