Sauerkraut Braised Pork Ribs

Wash pork ribs, blanch the blood and set aside

Wash sauerkraut and cut into shreds. After repeated washing in cold water, pick up the moisture and set aside

Get all the spices

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the scallions and ginger, add all the seasonings and stir fry for a fragrance

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, sauerkraut and stir fry
6.
Add blanched ribs to the electric pressure cooker
7.
Add the fried sauerkraut and appropriate amount of water, set the meat function to start the switch
8.
After the automatic trip, deflate and open the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of salt to taste
9.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
The ribs stewed in the electric pressure cooker are very soft and need less water.
