Sauerkraut Crucian Fish Soup

Slice sauerkraut, wash it with water if it's too sour

Wash lettuce and cut into sections

Wash the crucian carp, scrape off the scales to remove the black film, put the oil in the casserole, and put the crucian carp in a slow fire on both sides and fry it yellow. Remove and set aside.

Add sauerkraut and stir fry a few times

Put the fish on top of the sauerkraut to prevent the fish from sticking to the pan

Add appropriate amount of boiling water and cook

Fish cooked and add oil lettuce

Just add salt and chicken powder to taste.

Tips:
Fish should be cleaned to remove fishy lines. Sauerkraut will taste better if it is simmered for a while.
