Sauerkraut Duck Leg

Main ingredients: duck shank, fish sauerkraut

Wash the duck legs, put cold water into the pot, boil and remove

Rinse it well and set aside

Chopped green onion and ginger, fish and pickled cabbage into sections

Put oil in the pot, add green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant

Put in spare duck legs

After stirring evenly, add light soy sauce

Add fish sauerkraut

After boiling, simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with salt in the middle and cook until the duck legs are soft and rotten. Add monosodium glutamate for freshness, then turn off the heat and put the pot into a bowl, ready to serve
Tips:
1. Cover the lid when cooking, and the soup can be slightly more.
