Sauerkraut Fried Belly Tip

Cut the cleaned pork belly into small pieces.

Add salt, chicken essence, sugar, yeast, baking soda, cornstarch, egg white, light soy sauce, oil to the pork belly and marinate for half an hour, then pull the oil to beat it to control the oil.
