Sauerkraut Mushroom Vegetarian Pot

Prepare the ingredients. The sauerkraut is soaked and washed in clean water to remove some of the salt. All the originals are cut into similar sizes.

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the peppercorns.

Add shredded green onion and green garlic until fragrant.

Add shredded sauerkraut and stir fry until fragrant.

Add chopped pepper sauce and stir fry evenly.

Heat water to a boil.

Put in tofu slices and cook.

Add oyster mushrooms and eryngii mushrooms and stew.

Finally, add cauliflower, celery, and long beans, and simmer slightly.

Add oyster sauce to taste, sugar to refine and serve.
Tips:
The sauerkraut salt is enough, no additional salt is added.
