It was raining heavily today. I made sauerkraut and large intestine pot with the leftover braised large intestines in the refrigerator, which tastes better.

Ingredients

Sauerkraut Sausage Pot

1. Prepare the braised large intestine or fatty intestine, millet pepper, ginger, garlic.

2. I use Guangle’s sauerkraut, which tastes very good, and I often use it for cooking.

3. Cut the ingredients well.

4. Prepare a casserole and put half a pot of water.

5. Heat in a frying pan, add millet pepper, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

Tips:

Fatty intestines taste better and have a more fleshy feel.
