Cut dried chili into sections, slice ginger, wash and chop sauerkraut, peel off bamboo shoots, wash and shred.

Add bamboo shoots and stir fry for a while.

Tips:
1. I used my own pickled cabbage, which is not very salty, so I added salt to taste. If you use a salty one, don't add salt.
2. Putting white sugar can make the overall taste softer, but don't put too much, otherwise the taste will be very strange.
