Sauerkraut White Meat

Prepare materials.

Wash the sauerkraut and cut into filaments for later use.

Soak the vermicelli in cold water to soften.

Add clean water to the pot, add the cleaned pork belly, cooking wine, cinnamon, star anise, green onions, and ginger. After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium and low heat to cook

Cut the cooked pork belly into thin slices.

Add bottom oil to the pot and sauté the chopped green onions.

Add the sauerkraut and stir fry for a fragrance

In another casserole, add the boiled meat stock, add the soaked vermicelli, add the fried sauerkraut and cook together.

Place the cooked and sliced pork belly on top, cook for 10 minutes, add salt and pepper and cook together.
Tips:
1. When cutting sauerkraut shreds, thin the sauerkraut gang before shredding.
2. When cooking white meat, clean the froth on the top and continue cooking.
