Sausage and Choy Sum

Wash the choy sum and cut into sections.

One piece of sausage, sliced and set aside.
3.
Heat up the pan, 70% heat, sauté the chopped green onion and ginger.
4.
Add the sausages and stir fry on low heat until the sausages are oily.
5.
Add the pickled and washed choy sum and sauté on high heat for two minutes.
6.
When the choy sum is cooked through, add salt and chicken essence to taste, then it can be served.
