Sausage and Mushroom Vegetable Rice

Add 15 ml of olive oil to the cold rice and stir well.

Chopped sausages, shiitake mushrooms and green vegetables.

Put the oil in a hot pan, add the minced garlic, sauté the mushrooms, stir-fry the sausage, then add an egg and stir-fry.
4.
Add the rice and stir-fry evenly. When the rice is loose and slightly dry, add the greens and stir-fry.
5.
Then add chicken essence, salt, cooking wine, white pepper, and chopped green onion, stir and stir evenly.
