Stir-fried String Beans

Material picture: Remove the stalks from both ends of the kidney beans, remove the ribs in the middle, and pluck them into 5 cm long sections, wash and set aside. Mince the soaked shiitake mushrooms and set aside the broken rice sprouts.

Heat up the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of oil and cook until 80% hot, fry the kidney beans in the pan until slightly yellow, remove the oil.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot and sauté the ground ginger, broken rice sprouts and shiitake mushrooms on low heat.

Add soy sauce, red bean curd and water, mix well.

Add string beans, stir-fry until the soup is dry, and then add monosodium glutamate.

Tips:
1. When frying string beans, pay attention to the heat, keep the fire high, but be careful not to fry them.
2. Unripe kidney beans can cause food poisoning, so be sure to deep-fry them when frying.
