Sausage and Vegetable Braised Rice

The rice (I also put a little millet, if you don’t like it, don’t put it), wash it out and add some water to it for later use.

Dice the sausage. (I used basil sausage)

Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water in advance, wash and dice.

Preheat the wok, pour the oil, and stir-fry the sausage first.

Add shiitake mushrooms and mixed vegetables, stir fry evenly.
6.
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir well.
7.
Pour the fried ingredients into the rice and stir evenly. Put it in a rice cooker and steam it according to the method of steaming rice.
8.
Simmer the steamed rice for about 10 minutes and stir well.
