Sausage Braised Rice

Preparation materials, germ rice sausage, onion, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, salt

First, soak the germ rice in clean water for about an hour. If the time is tight, you can soak in warm water for ten minutes. Make a bowl of juice, add salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce in the bowl, stir well and set aside.

Soak the germ rice in dry water, pour it into an electric pressure cooker, and pour it into a bowl of juice.

After stirring, add green onion and ginger.

Flatten the rice, and evenly place thinly sliced sausages on top. The sausages can be used directly, and then pour a small amount of water, as long as the water is under the rice.
