Sausage Bread

Put all the ingredients except sausage and butter into the dough mixer, put half of the egg in it, and leave the remaining half behind to brush the surface of the bread

I bought frozen sausages, so I put them in a frying pan and preheat them over a low heat! spare

After noodles for 30 minutes, add softened butter and continue mixing for 30 minutes

Then wake up the noodles. I use the noodle mixer to wake up the noodles for 1 hour and send it to twice the size.

After the dough is taken out, use a rolling pin to drive away the air inside, and then divide the dough into even smaller portions (each portion is served with a sausage). Then cover with plastic wrap! Wake up noodles at room temperature for 15 minutes!
