Asparagus Stir-fried Sausage

First wash the asparagus, cut off the old root part, and cut the rest with an oblique knife for later use.

Boil a pot of boiling water, pour the sliced asparagus into the pot and blanch for a while, pick up and drain.

Cut the small sausage with an oblique knife, pour the oil in a hot pan, slice the garlic cloves and sauté, pour in the sausage and stir fry.

Stir-fry for a while when the sausage is cooked, pour the drained asparagus into the pot and stir fry with the ingredients.

Finally, sprinkle in some salt to taste, add a few drops of light soy sauce and stir evenly before serving.
