There are a lot of Cantonese sausages on Weibo that people grow grass, and I bought some following the trend. I only eat it now. It’s the first time I made claypot rice. It’s really good.

Sausage Claypot Rice

1. Brush the bottom of the pot with oil

2. After washing the rice, add 1.5 times the water and soak for one hour

3. Cover the lid and bring to a boil on high heat. Turn to medium and low heat to simmer

4. Wash sausage and cut into slices

5. Pick the vegetables and wash them

6. Cook the rice until the water is dry, put on the sausage, beat in the eggs, cover the lid and continue to simmer

7. Take another pot, add water and pour a little oil into it. After the water is boiled, add the greens to cut off raw

8. Spread the greens and pour into the special soy sauce for claypot rice, cover the lid and let it be stuffy for a while

9. Began to eat

Tips:

1. The ratio of water to rice is 1.5:1. If there is too much water, the rice will not taste good if the rice is too bad
2. More simmering will make the pot bottom more fragrant
