Sausage Claypot Rice

Wash the rice, put it in a casserole, add some water, and simmer until cooked.

Wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut them into flowers, and put the rest together with vegetables.

Peeled potatoes, carrots and diced eggplants. Prepare chopped green onion and minced ginger.

Cut the beef sausage into slices.
