Sausage Fried Lettuce

Prepare the required ingredients, peel off the skin of the lettuce and wash

Slice the sausage and steam for about 8 minutes in the pot.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add green onion and stir fry until fragrant

Pour the lettuce and stir fry for a few minutes

Then pour in the steamed sausage, add some salt and cooking wine to taste.

Sprinkle the chopped green onion, out the pot and serve.
