Sausage Fried Rice

Cut the sausage into small pieces.

Cut carrots into small cubes.

Add oil to the hot pan and stir-fry the carrots over low heat. My family is used to eating soft carrots, so I fry carrots first.

After the carrots are sautéed, add the sausage and stir fry.

Stir-fry the sausage and pour in cold rice. It is better to fry cold rice with a spoon before it is put in the pan.

Add salt light soy sauce and dark soy oyster sauce, stir fry evenly, fry out the aroma and then it can be out of the pan.
