Sausage Fried Rice

Chop the mortadella and serve a bowl of rice.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, without heating the pan.

Stir fry the chopped sausage, the oil will heat up slowly, don't fry it for too long, it will burn.

Pour leftover rice and stir fry.

Pour in the light soy sauce and stir fry until the rice is evenly colored. (I poured a lot of soy sauce)

Turn off the heat, add a little green onion and stir.

Pour into a heart-shaped bowl to compact, and then buckle upside down in the plate.
Tips:
Don't put salt.
