Sausage Okonomiyaki

Wash and peel the yam. (My yam has 500g, which is a pound.)

After cutting into small pieces, cover with a layer of plastic wrap and place in a microwave oven on medium-high heat for 6 minutes.

When putting the cold yam, prepare the cabbage. Peel the cabbage and wash.

Cut into smaller pieces.

The yam is crushed into a delicate yam mud.

Add flour.

Beat two eggs, add salt and black pepper.

Stir evenly, the batter will be too thick, so add some water in an appropriate amount.

Add the cabbage and stir.

Finally, add chopped green onion and stir well. The batter is in a thicker state.

Preheat the pot and pour in vegetable oil.

Spread a spoonful of batter, about 3mm thick, and fry on low heat.

When the surface layer is not solidified, put in slices of ham.

After frying until golden brown and set, turn over and continue frying on low heat.

Fry until golden on both sides and take out. Pour salad dressing and ketchup. Sprinkle cooked sesame seeds and chopped seaweed.
Tips:
1. The batter is thick, so the cake is thicker, so be careful when turning it over.
2. You can change the later sauce to your favorite.
3. You can put whatever you like in it.
