Sausage Sticky Rice

Soak the glutinous rice in water for about 3 minutes

Cut ham and shiitake mushrooms

1) Stir-fry the sliced ham and shiitake mushrooms until cooked, add scallion white and five spice powder
2) Add the steamed glutinous rice to the above ingredients and mix well
4.
Rub the glutinous rice into a round shape with your hands and flatten it, and so on. Put the pressed rice balls into the pot and fry them on both sides until slightly yellow.
Tips:
There must be a little more oil in the pot
