Sausage Tofu

Chop the sausage, green pepper, garlic and set aside.

In a frying pan, sauté ginger, garlic, green pepper, and saute the sausage until fragrant.

Add a little bean paste to the pot and stir fragrant.

Spread out and stir fragrant.
5.
Add tofu and mix well.
6.
Add a little water and cook for a minute.
7.
Add coriander leaves and salt to taste before serving.
It's out of the pot, it looks red, but it's not spicy.
