Clean the prawns to the shrimp line. I also peeled off the shrimp shells. The bitter chrysanthemum is a vegetable that can be eaten raw. If the bitter chrysanthemum is over-fried, the nutrition will be lost. Therefore, don’t stir-fry for a long time.
