Sautéed Pepper Dice

Ingredients: green pepper, hot sauce.

Wash the green peppers, remove the stems, seeds, and dice (large pieces).

Heat oil in a pan and add green peppers.
4.
Stir fry quickly and repeatedly over medium heat.
5.
Stir-fry until browned, serve and set aside.
6.
Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add the chili sauce (you can add a little water), and stir well.
7.
Add spare green peppers.
8.
Stir-fry quickly and evenly, add MSG for freshness.
9.
Take out the pan and serve.
