The big and plump octopus is fried in sauce and is very delicious.

Sauteed Octopus

1. Wash the octopus

2. Soak the black fungus in advance, pick and wash the green and red peppers

3. Sliced octopus

4. Cut green and red peppers into pieces

5. Use salt, noodle sauce, sugar, and light soy sauce to make a sauce for later use

6. Boil the octopus in the pot and remove the water to drain

7. From the frying pan, stir-fry the black fungus, green and red pepper in the pan, stir-fry and serve

8. Raise the frying pan, stir-fry the green onion, ginger, and garlic in the pan, then add the sauce

9. Stir-fry the sauce, stir-fry the octopus

10. Stir fungus, green and red pepper in the pot, fry evenly, turn off the heat, serve and enjoy

Tips:

1. The side dishes are selected according to personal preference.
2. The sauce is adjusted according to personal taste.
3. Stir fry.
