Sauteed Sausage Three Dings

Prepare the ingredients (wash the sausage with warm water, peel the carrots and water chestnuts and wash them)

Cut dried chili into sections, smash the garlic and peel off, prepare the chopped green onion

Separately dice zizania, carrots and dried tofu, and slice sausages

Tips:
1. The cooking time of different ingredients in this dish is different, adding separately makes the dishes better
2. The dried tofu needs to be fried first, so that it tastes chewy and chewy
3. Fish sauce is salty, so when adding salt, it should be reduced accordingly
