Sauteed Squid Rings

Remove the head and internal organs of the frozen squid and wash, tear off the black film of the squid epidermis, remove the cooked squid and let cool, and cut the cooked squid into rings

Add ginger slices, peppercorns, cooking wine in cold water, add the processed squid and cook for ten minutes

After cutting the ginger slices, celery segments, and dried chili shreds

Add a little peppercorns in a hot pan with cold oil and fry until fragrant

Look at the color of the peppercorns and put them in the cut squid rings. Stir-fry on medium heat until the moisture is dry

Stir in ginger slices, soy sauce, vegetable seasoning, cooking wine, salt, and a little sugar.

Next, stir-fry the dried chili shreds and stir-fry on medium heat for a minute to taste

Add the celery segments and fry them out
Tips:
1. It is best to blanch the squid with water, so as to maintain the taste and shape of the squid;
2. Squid slices should not be too big.
