Sauteed Sweet Potato Stew with Rice

All kinds of ingredients are prepared.

Peel and dice sweet potatoes.

Tips:
1: The ratio of rice to water is 1:2. The cooked rice is moderately hard and tastes good.

3: Sausage, bacon, and light soy sauce all have a salty taste. If the taste is not too light, add some sauces (light soy sauce, soy sauce mix) to the braised rice.
