Sauteed Three Dice

Main ingredients: chicken breast, potatoes, cucumber.

Wash the chicken breast and dice.
3.
Add a little salt and cooking wine to marinate for 5 minutes, add a proper amount of water and starch gently to make evenly sizing.

Peel the potatoes, wash and dice them.

Wash the cucumber and dice it.

Heat oil, add potatoes and fry until cooked, remove and set aside.

Add the diced chicken meat to a low heat, and then serve. Set aside.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add an appropriate amount of bean paste and fry until cooked.

Add the diced potatoes and stir well.

Add the diced chicken and stir fry evenly.

Finally add the diced cucumber.

Stir well and turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. You can choose the bean paste you like.
2. If the bean paste is too dry, add a little water to dilute it.
