Savoury Onion Cookies

The butter is softened, add powdered sugar, salt, and stir evenly. Use an electric whisk at medium speed to whip until it becomes flocculent.

Add water and stir evenly.

Add chopped chives and mix well.

Sift in low powder and scrape evenly with a spatula.

Put it into a piping bag.

Tips:
1. It is better to cut the chives delicately, otherwise it will easily block the flower mouth.
