People in Hunan are not hot or unhappy, and all meals cannot be separated from peppers, and meat dishes cannot be separated from green onion, ginger, and pepper. The three-yellow chicken I bought, plus chopped chili and the child’s favorite old godmother, is super appetizing! Just a few mouthfuls of a large bowl of white rice will bottom out.

1. Chop the chicken into pieces and boil it in a pot of boiling water to remove any scum

2. Cover the pot and cook until the juice is slightly collected. Remove the chicken pieces from the pot. The soup can be used for noodles

3. Chopped pepper, black tempeh, shredded ginger, and chopped green onion are ready

4. Heat the pot and pour some oil

5. After heating the oil, put the ginger into it and fry it for a fragrance

6. Add black bean sauce and chopped chili, stir fry a few times

7. Pour in half a bowl of water, bring the chicken nuggets into the boil

8. Toss a few times

9. Boil until the juice is slightly collected

10. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve

Tips:

1. Reserve the broth from the chicken nuggets and use it to make noodles or boil vegetables, don't waste it.
2. The chicken should be tender. If it is an old chicken, it should be stewed in a pressure cooker.
3. Laoganma and chopped pepper are already very salty, so you don't need to add salt.
4. A little bit of soup will taste better.
