Scallion and Okara Cake

Add 100 grams of bean dregs left over from making tofu into a basin and add 100 grams of medium powder

Add an egg, add 4 grams of salt

Add 5 grams of Daxi Beef Noodles, add some chicken essence if you don’t have it

I divided the chopped green onion into four equal parts, add some salad oil, mix evenly and set aside

Sprinkle with dry powder, flatten a small dough and roll it into a long strip. Take an appropriate amount of chopped green onion and spread it on the dough

Carefully roll it up slowly, then roll it into a circle and squash it

After the electric cake gear is brushed and preheated, put the prepared bean dregs cake on both sides and bake for 4 minutes
Tips:
My okara is not squeezed too dry. I didn’t add water to all the dough. If you squeeze it dry and the dough is a bit hard, you can add some water.
