I made old tofu at home yesterday, and the leftover bean dregs made bean dregs for breakfast today!

Scallion and Okara Cake

1. Add 100 grams of bean dregs left over from making tofu into a basin and add 100 grams of medium powder

2. Add an egg, add 4 grams of salt

3. Add 5 grams of Daxi Beef Noodles, add some chicken essence if you don’t have it

4. I divided the chopped green onion into four equal parts, add some salad oil, mix evenly and set aside

5. Sprinkle with dry powder, flatten a small dough and roll it into a long strip. Take an appropriate amount of chopped green onion and spread it on the dough

6. Carefully roll it up slowly, then roll it into a circle and squash it

7. After the electric cake gear is brushed and preheated, put the prepared bean dregs cake on both sides and bake for 4 minutes

Tips:

My okara is not squeezed too dry. I didn’t add water to all the dough. If you squeeze it dry and the dough is a bit hard, you can add some water.
