Tips:
Everyone has their own way of frying beef. If you use beef to fry vegetables, add some starch when marinating the beef. The beef marinated with starch is more tender and tastes good. Like me, just fry the beef on its own without using starch. This is like barbecue. The taste of cooked meat is better than that of barbecue.
The barbecue powder I use is what we often use when we barbecue. It is made of sesame, chili, cumin, small meat and so on. I buy it on the Internet and use it if you don’t buy it. The materials can be used after being polished by a food processor. There is salt in the barbecue powder that you buy, so when marinating beef, you should put less salt or not to avoid over salty.
Also pay attention when eating beef, some things cannot be eaten with beef. For example, leeks cannot be eaten with beef, and everything is easily poisoned. Beef can not be eaten with brown sugar, it will cause bloating if eaten together.
