Baked steamed buns are often eaten for breakfast at home, but the unchanging breakfast always makes people feel unappetizing, so today I used steamed buns combined with eggs, supplemented with chives, and fried into omelets. The taste is really good. It feels like eating for breakfast. It is also very appetizing, with a bowl of white rice porridge, the stomach feels comfortable after eating.

Ingredients

Scallion Bun Omelette

1. Prepare one steamed bun

2. Diced,

3. Finely chop green onions,

4. Put the diced steamed buns into a bowl, add two eggs,

5. Stir evenly with chopsticks,

6. Add chopped green onion, salt and white wine,

7. Stir well,

8. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan and heat it over medium heat.

9. Pour the egg batter and flatten it out,

Tips:
