I have always wanted to make cheese scones, but I only have brushed cheese at home.
Today, I couldn't help but try this scallion-flavored salty scones with this brushed cheese. It feels okay. It doesn't have the effect of brushing, but it has the aroma of cheese.
I only ate one piece of such a big one, and all the kids solved it. How much does she like to eat this one!

Scallion Cheese Scones

1. All ingredients (I put the milk and yeast together to fuse, and the butter is mixed in the flour)

2. Put the low powder, cheese, sugar, salt and chives in the container

3. Add milk slowly

4. Mix all the ingredients and knead into a dough

5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle

6. Fold on both sides, roll out into a rectangle, and repeat twice (this will give you a more layered feeling)

7. Then roll the dough into a dough about 0.6 cm thick, and cut the cross shape twice with a knife

8. Place it in a baking dish (with greased paper underneath), cover with plastic wrap and let stand for about 15 minutes

9. Coat a layer of egg liquid (add a few drops of oil to the egg liquid and mix well to make it brighter), put it in the oven (preheat the oven in advance), heat up and down 160 degrees, bake for ten minutes, and then cover it with tin foil and bake it over the fire five minutes

Tips:

1. Due to different amounts of flour and water, milk can be added slowly, and milk can be added or subtracted according to the situation.
2. Roll out the dough into a rectangular fold and then roll it out, so that it will be baked more layered.
