Scallion Cheese Scones
1.
All the ingredients (I put the milk and yeast together to fuse, and the butter is mixed in the flour).
2.
Put the low powder, cheese, sugar, salt, and chives in the container.
3.
Add the milk slowly.
4.
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a dough.
5.
Roll the dough into a rectangle.
6.
Fold on both sides, roll out into a rectangle, and repeat twice (this will give you a more layered feeling).
7.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.6 cm, and cut it twice into a cross shape with a knife.
8.
Place it in a baking dish (with greased paper underneath), cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
9.
Coat a layer of egg liquid (add a few drops of oil to the egg liquid and mix well to make it brighter).
10.
Put it in the oven (preheat the oven in advance), heat up and down at 160 degrees, bake for ten minutes, then cover with tin foil and bake for five minutes
Tips:
1. Due to different amounts of flour and water, milk can be added slowly, and milk can be added or subtracted according to the situation.
2. Roll out the dough into a rectangular fold and then roll it out, so that it will be baked more layered.
