Scallion Chicken

Cook the chicken (after it has cooled thoroughly, put it in the refrigerator to increase the taste), and cut it into small pieces. (I'm afraid of tidying up, so I cut it directly with scissors, haha), and then put an appropriate amount of chopped green onion on the chicken.

This seasoning sauce is the key to whether the chicken is good or not, so you can try the taste first and then pour it in. Put garlic and chili in a small half bowl of light soy sauce, and put in an appropriate amount of sugar and chicken essence. Be sure to stir well with chopsticks.

It's very simple, first heat the oil, pour it on the chopped green onion, and then slowly pour the sauce. You can mix it when you eat it. For the sake of beautiful pictures, I won't mix it well, haha!
