Chicken and Mushroom Stewed Vermicelli

1. Live and prepare the ingredients

2. Soak the dried hazel mushrooms in water, rinse and set aside (soak the noodles in advance)

3. Boil the chicken with some hot water in the pot

4. Blanch well, remove and wash with warm water

5. Put the oil in the pot, put the rock sugar in the hot oil and heat until it melts
