We have always been fond of scallion oil. We use scallions. The scallion has a strong fragrance. Chicken thighs with scallion oil is a delicious dish in summer. After the chicken is cooked, the scallion oil is simmered and steamed with soy Fish soy sauce is used together as a dipping material, it tastes delicious and unique, you can try and make it if you like.

Scallion Chicken Drumsticks

1. Wash the chicken thighs after thawing

2. Prepare shallots and sliced ginger

3. Add ginger slices to the chicken legs in a pot under cold water

4. Pour the cooking wine

5. After boiling on high heat, remove the foam and turn to medium-low heat and cook for 20 minutes

6. Then pick it up after immersing it in ice water to cool it down

7. Chop the pieces and add them to the basin

8. Add oil to hot pot

9. Pour warm oil into shallots and simmer for a scent

10. Add 2 grams of salt
