Scallion Cookies

Wash and chop the chives and set aside.

After the butter has softened at room temperature, add white sugar, and beat with an electric whisk at medium speed until it turns white and expands in volume.

Add salt, corn oil, and water, and use an electric whisk to beat evenly each time, then add another time.

Add chopped chives and stir well.

Add low-gluten flour.

Mix thoroughly with a spatula.

Add a piping bag and choose a medium piping mouth.
8.
Squeeze out biscuit shapes on a baking sheet.
9.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes.
