Scallion Corn Kernels (homemade Diet Meal)
1.
Wash the corn (the corn is as tender as possible and taste good), onions, and red peppers and set aside.
2.
Dice corn and onion. Chop fresh red pepper. (This dish uses black pepper to taste the best, but it doesn't. You can also use a little white pepper instead, which tastes a little strange).
3.
Heat oil in a pan, add 2/3 chopped onion. Sauté until fragrant and soften
4.
Add the corn kernels, stir-fry a few times, add the milk in portions, turn to low heat. Slightly cook. Cook the corn. Add salt.
5.
Add the remaining onion, then add the fresh red pepper and stir fry.
6.
Add a little black (white) pepper. Bring out of the pot. (I took a picture and the soup is dry)
7.
If you use black pepper and you need freshly ground black pepper, it tastes better. It looks like a Western-style taste.
