Scallion Egg Pancake

Spread the 2 eggs, chopped green onions and put them in the egg mixture

Pour the flour into the egg mixture and stir well, and add a teaspoon of salt

Heat oil in a pan, pour in the batter, and broil over a small fire
4.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
5.
Turn to the other side after one side is golden
6.
Both sides are golden and ready to be served.
Tips:
1. The batter should not be too thin to avoid the cakes from being too soft.
2. Be sure to keep the pancakes on low fire to avoid sticking the pan.
