Scallion Egg Pancake

A small bowl of noodles, a few green onions, and three eggs.

Chop the green onions and put all the ingredients into a bowl.
3.
Stir with chopsticks, add some noodles when it's thin, or add some water when it's dry.
4.
Heat the pan and add some oil, and the pancakes will start over medium heat.
5.
Turn it over in two minutes.
6.
Turn it over again, it's almost done.
7.
Cut into small pieces with a spatula.
8.
Plate.
